  • When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 2-4 business days.

  • Which shipment companies do you work with?

We do ship our orders worldwide with FedEx except for Europe, we do work with DHL for orders which will go to Europe.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

We do accept custom metal orders but we don’t accept custom print orders.

  • When do I get my custom order?

Our deadline for custom orders is 12 business days but most of the time we are dispatching them in 3-5 business days.

  • Do you accept color customization?

Most of our design is painted with electrostatic black paint but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize its color for a little amount of extra.

  • How can I track my order?

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from FedEx’s official website or DHL’s official website.

  • Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable.

  • What happens if my order came damaged?

Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

  • I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@northshire.co so we can fasten the things up.
